I expected when we engaged Lance to come in and speak to our staff, for them to be ready to run through a wall when the speech concluded. They were certainly ready to run through a wall. However, what I did not anticipate, but have learned to appreciate with time, is that Lance really very clearly and expertly laid out a framework for our staff to best orient their thinking and provide a framework for each of them to maximize their professional potential.
